Kennt ihr bestimmt: Mal kurz aufs
Handy schauen und zack, eine Stunde später fragt ihr euch, wo die Zeit geblieben ist. Paula ist der Frage nachgegangen, was das eigentlich mit uns macht? Sie spricht darüber, warum wir so oft in diesen “Scroll-Modus” verfallen, wie uns das beeinflusst und was wir dagegen tun können. Der Trick: Achtsamkeit! Klingt fancy, heißt aber nur, bewusster zu entscheiden, was wir tun. Wissenschaftliche Studien zeigen, dass das hilft, weniger impulsiv zu scrollen und unsere Bildschirmzeit runterzufahren.
Im Selbstversuch hat die App OneSec gezeigt, wie ein kleiner “Nudge” vorm App-Öffnen hilft, weniger oft
automatisch ins Instagram-Loch zu fallen. Das heißt konkret: Weniger Scrollen, mehr Zeit für Wichtigeres.
Also? Social Media kann Spaß machen, und bewusster Konsum macht uns glücklicher und produktiver!</p>
